Eltek cannot guarantee that the requested part will be available in stock. If a replacement part is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternate service. For non-warrant claims, a 25.oo surcharge is assessed and quoted for this service.
Replacing items will be shipped via UPS Ground service(or equalent). Expected service may be requested, but may be inviced back to customer.
Eltek may bill your company for compensation (Minimum $250) should the failure prove to not be caused by an error in design, manufacture, workmanship on Eltek's part. (Such causes could include error on part of customer, application, user or force majoure).
